Raw jackfruit meat can be used to prepare any kind of dish because it comes with no flavour, it is simply cut jackfruit pieces to help you prepare a healthy & sustainable meal.
Jackfruit used in our product is merely 4 months old and the seeds are yet to form. This makes it tender and is free from any smell. The product has been peeled cut into cubes and blanched slightly.
This saves a considerable amount of time in preparation for cooking.
